These Business Partnership Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Good Vacation Deal (“the Platform”) and the property owner, manager, operator, or authorized representative of the hotel, tour service, or activity provider (“the Partner”). By registering, listing inventory, or utilizing the marketing and distribution services provided by Good Vacation Deal, the Partner agrees to be bound by these terms.<\/p>\n
1. Purpose of the Partnership<\/strong>
\nGood Vacation Deal provides a global marketing ecosystem, distribution network, and technology platform designed to increase the visibility, bookings, and revenue of the Partner\u2019s services. The Platform showcases the Partner\u2019s inventory to worldwide customers, handles secure transaction infrastructures, and provides localized market data and support.<\/p>\n2. Enrollment & Cost Structure<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Zero Upfront Fees: Registration, property\/service listing, onboarding, and ongoing account support are entirely free of upfront costs. There are no fixed monthly subscription fees or hidden registration charges.
\n\u2022 Commission-Based Model: The Partner agrees to pay Good Vacation Deal a competitive, mutually agreed-upon percentage (commission) for every confirmed and completed booking generated through the Platform.
\n\u2022 Net Rates vs. Commission: Specific commission percentages or net rates shall be detailed and confirmed during the digital onboarding setup or via the Partner\u2019s dashboard interface.<\/p>\n3. Inventory, Rates, and Availability<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Accuracy of Information: The Partner is solely responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date descriptions, high-resolution imagery, safety information, and operational details regarding their rooms, tours, or activities.
\n\u2022 Competitive Rates: To maximize marketing effectiveness, the Partner agrees that the rates displayed on Good Vacation Deal shall be competitive and equivalent to, or better than, the rates offered on the Partner\u2019s own public website or other third-party distribution channels.
\n\u2022 Real-Time Availability: The Partner must maintain accurate availability. If an overbooking or booking conflict occurs due to inaccurate inventory management by the Partner, the Partner must provide an alternative solution of equal or higher standard at no additional cost to the customer.<\/p>\n4. Marketing and Distribution<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Worldwide Promotion: Good Vacation Deal is granted the right to market, advertise, and distribute the Partner\u2019s listings globally through various digital channels, search engine marketing, social media, and travel affiliate networks.
\n\u2022 Intellectual Property License: The Partner grants Good Vacation Deal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the Partner\u2019s trademarks, logos, brand names, and media content solely for the purpose of promoting the listings and driving bookings.<\/p>\n5. Secure Payouts & Financial Terms<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Secure Transactions: Good Vacation Deal manages customer payments securely through verified online payment gateways.
\n\u2022 Payout Timeline: Confirmed bookings will be compiled and paid out directly to the Partner\u2019s designated bank account within a standardized timeline following the completion of the customer\u2019s stay, tour, or activity (e.g., bi-weekly or monthly cycles), minus the agreed-upon platform commission.
\n\u2022 Banking Fees: Unless otherwise negotiated, the Partner is responsible for any incoming bank transfer or remittance fees associated with their local account.<\/p>\n6. Customer Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Cancellation Policies: The Partner must clearly specify their cancellation and refund policies during onboarding. These rules will be clearly displayed to global travelers before booking.
\n\u2022 Force Majeure: In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions that prevent the fulfillment of the tour, activity, or hotel stay, both parties will cooperate in good faith to offer modifications or full refunds to the customer.<\/p>\n7. Customer Support & Operational SLA<\/strong>
\n\u2022 24\/7 B2B Support: Good Vacation Deal provides the Partner with 24\/7 technical and account management support to optimize pricing strategies, leverage market trends, and handle guest communication.
\n\u2022 Partner Responsibility: The Partner agrees to maintain high service-quality standards for all guests booked through the Platform. The Partner must respond to urgent booking modifications or guest inquiries sent by the Platform within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 24 hours).<\/p>\n8. Liability, Compliance, and Insurance<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Independent Contractors: Good Vacation Deal and the Partner operate as independent entities. This agreement does not establish a joint venture, legal partnership, or employer-employee relationship.
\n\u2022 Operational Liability: The Partner retains full legal and operational liability for the execution of the hotel stays, tours, or activities. Good Vacation Deal acts solely as a marketing and booking intermediary and is not liable for personal injury, property damage, accidents, or service disruptions occurring during the fulfillment of the service.
\n\u2022 Licensing & Permits: The Partner certifies that they possess all local business licenses, operating permits, and necessary commercial liability insurance required by local laws to operate their hospitality, transport, or tour business safely.<\/p>\n9. Term and Termination<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Flexibility: This partnership agreement is valid indefinitely from the date of active account registration.
\n\u2022 Termination Notice: Either party may terminate this partnership agreement at any time by giving thirty (30) days written notice via email.
\n\u2022 Fulfillment of Existing Bookings: In the event of termination, the Partner is legally obligated to honor all existing confirmed bookings that were processed through the Platform prior to the termination date under the same terms and conditions.
