Rate Policy

• Rate is a net price (already included tax and service charge).
• Additional HSS charge will be applied at Rp 250.000/room/night for period of 01 July – 31 August.
• Additional PSS charge will be applied at Rp 350.000/room/night for period of 25 December – 05 January.
• Any Additional breakfast request will be charge base on restaurant menu price.
• Rate are non-commissionable and can be change at any time base on cottages occupancy.
• Late Check Out from 1 PM – 5 PM will be charge at half nightly rate and it’s based on availability. Late Check out at 5 PM and above will be charge at 1 night amount.

 
Child Policy

• Children age 0 – 4 years old stay free once sleep with parents.
• Children age 5-6 years old will be charge an additional cost at Rp 250.000 net/person/night sleep with parent.
• Child Age 6 years old above will be charge as an adult.
• Baby Coat charge will be base on request and price are to be advise.

 
Cancellation Policy

• Any confirmed booking should be paid a deposit at 50% from the total booking amount to secure the booking and the deposit is non refunable.
• Some rate or offer might be under nonrefunable booking. Therefore please contact our reservation to reconfirmed the cancellation details.
• Balance amount should be settle at least 3 days before arrival day.
• Payment can be done via Bank Transfer, Wise or Paypall.
